1. Trust in Allah – Rely on Him fully, knowing He is sufficient.
"And whoever relies upon Allah – then He is sufficient for him. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set for everything a [decreed] extent."
[Surah At-Talāq, 65:3]
2. Hasbunallahu wa ni‘mal wakeel – Say it in moments of fear for strength.
"Those to whom hypocrites said, 'Indeed, the people have gathered against you, so fear them.' But it [merely] increased them in faith, and they said, 'Sufficient for us is Allah, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs.'"
[Surah Āl ʿImrān, 3:173]
3. Recall that difficulty always brings relief.
"For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease."
[Surah Ash-Sharḥ, 94:5–6]
4. Tawakkul – Surrender outcomes to Allah’s control.
"Indeed, I have relied upon Allah, my Lord and your Lord. There is no creature but that He holds its forelock. Indeed, my Lord is on a path [that is] straight."
[Surah Hūd, 11:56]
5. Reciting Qur’an – Find calm and rest in Allah’s words.
"Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allah. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured."
[Surah Ar-Raʿd, 13:28]
6. Daily Adhkār – Say morning and evening remembrance.
7. Tasbīḥ – Repeat SubḥānAllāh, Alḥamdulillāh, Allāhu Akbar.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “There are two expressions that are very easy for the tongue to say, but they are very heavy in the balance, and they are very dear to the Most Merciful: Subḥānallāhi wa biḥamdih, Subḥānallāhil-ʿAẓīm (Glory and praise be to Allah, glory be to Allah the Almighty).”

8. Salah for Relief – Turn to prayer when overwhelmed.
"And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah]."
[Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:45]
9. Extra Sujūd – Get closer to Allah in prostration.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “The closest a servant comes to his Lord is when he is prostrating, so increase supplication then.”
[Sahih Muslim, 482]
10. Voluntary Prayer – Perform two rak‘ah for peace of heart.
11. Istikhārah – Pray for guidance in tough decisions.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “If any of you intends to undertake a matter, then let him pray two rakʿahs other than the obligatory prayers, then let him say: (O Allah! I ask guidance from Your knowledge, And Power from Your Might and I ask for Your great blessings. You are capable and I am not. You know and I do not and You know the unseen. O Allah! If You know that this job is good for my religion and my subsistence and in my Hereafter--(or said: If it is better for my present and later needs)--Then You ordain it for me and make it easy for me to get, And then bless me in it, and if You know that this job is harmful to me In my religion and subsistence and in the Hereafter--(or said: If it is worse for my present and later needs)--Then keep it away from me and let me be away from it. And ordain for me whatever is good for me, And make me satisfied with it). The Prophet (ﷺ) added that then the person should name (mention) his need.”

12. Sabr as Reward – Know patience never goes to waste.
"And be patient, for indeed, Allah does not allow to be lost the reward of those who do good."
[Surah Hūd, 11:115]
13. Prophet’s Example – Recall his ﷺ patience in persecution.
The Prophet ﷺ was mocked, harmed, and expelled, yet he said: “May Allah forgive my people, for they do not know.”
[Sīrah; Sahih Bukhari, 3477 (context of Ta’if)]
14. Hardship Purifies – Illness wipes away sins.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that.”
[Sahih Bukhari, 5641]
15. Duʿāʾ as Relief – Call on Allah in every situation.
"And your Lord says, 'Call upon Me; I will respond to you.' Indeed, those who disdain My worship will enter Hell [rendered] contemptible."
[Surah Ghāfir, 40:60]
16. Seeking Forgiveness – Ask Allah to pardon your shortcomings.
"Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we forget or make a mistake. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear. And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people."
[Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:286]
17. Duʿāʾ of Yunus – Recite it in times of distress.
"And [mention] the man of the fish [Yunus], when he went off in anger and thought that We would not decree anything upon him. And he called out within the darknesses, 'There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.' So We responded to him and saved him from the distress. And thus do We save the believers."
[Surah Al-Anbiyāʾ, 21:87–88]
18. Mūsā’s Prayer – Ask Allah to open your chest and ease your task.
"He said, 'My Lord, expand for me my chest. And ease for me my task. And untie the knot from my tongue. That they may understand my speech.'"
[Surah Ṭā Hā, 20:25–28]
19. Alḥamdulillāh – Praise Allah in all circumstances.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Amazing is the affair of the believer, verily all of his affair is good and this is not for anyone except the believer. If something of good happens to him, he is grateful and that is good for him. If something of harm befalls him, he is patient and that is good for him.”
[Sahih Muslim, 2999]
20. Counting Blessings – Reflect on the countless favors of Allah.
"And if you should count the favors of Allah, you could not enumerate them. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful."
[Surah An-Naḥl, 16:18]
21. Look Below, Not Above – Protect your heart from envy.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Look at those who are below you and do not look at those above you, for this is better so that you do not belittle the favors of Allah.”
[Sahih Bukhari, 6490]
22. Good Company – Surround yourself with righteous people.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “The example of a good companion in comparison with a bad one is like that of the musk seller and the blacksmith’s bellows; from the first you would either buy musk or enjoy its good smell, while the bellows would either burn your clothes or your house, or you get a bad nasty smell thereof.”

23. Helping Others – Ease the hardship of another believer.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever relieves a believer of a burden from the burdens of this world, Allah will relieve him of a burden from the burdens of the Hereafter.”
[Sahih Muslim, 2699]
24. Change Posture/Wudūʾ – Simple acts to calm anger.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “If one of you gets angry while standing, let him sit down, and if he is still angry, let him lie down.”
[Abu Dawūd, 4782]
He also said: “Anger is from Shayṭān, and Shayṭān is created from fire. Fire is extinguished with water, so when one of you becomes angry, let him perform wudūʾ.”
[Abu Dawūd, 4784]
25. Live as a Traveler – Detach from worldly excess.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Be in this world as though you were a stranger or a traveler.”
[Sahih Bukhari, 6416]
26. Remember Death – The best reminder of the Hereafter.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Increase in remembrance of that which cuts off pleasures (death).”
[Sunan al-Tirmidhī, 2307]
27. Voluntary Fasting – Build patience and discipline.
The Prophet ﷺ was asked about fasting Mondays and Thursdays, and he said: “Deeds are presented [to Allah] on Mondays and Thursdays, and I love that my deeds be presented while I am fasting.”
[Sunan al-Tirmidhī, 747]
28. Sleep Early – Helps you rise for Fajr.
The Prophet ﷺ disliked sleeping before ʿIshā’ and talking afterwards.

30. No Burden Beyond Capacity – Find hope in Allah’s mercy.
*"Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear…" *
[Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:286]
31. Tahajjud – Pour your heart out to Allah at night.
"And in the night, pray with it as additional [worship] for you; it is expected that your Lord will resurrect you to a praised station."
[Surah Al-Isrāʾ, 17:79]
32. Seek Knowledge – It brings clarity and closeness to Allah.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever follows a path in pursuit of knowledge, Allah will make easy for him a path to Paradise.”
[Sahih Muslim, 2699]
33. Teach and Share – Spreading knowledge benefits you even after death.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.”
[Sahih Muslim, 1631]
34. Seek Wise Counsel – Ask righteous people for advice.
"And those who have responded to their master and established prayer and whose affair is [determined] by consultation among themselves, and they spend from what We have provided them."
[Surah Ash-Shūrā, 42:38]
